Douglas “Doug” Picirillo is a Senior Enterprise Architect and Management Consultant. He specializes in Enterprise Transformation enabled by Information Technology and Technology Integration in Mergers and Acquisitions. An accomplished, versatile, action-oriented thought leader with senior leadership experience and hands-on technical skills, Mr. Picirillo’s experience spans numerous industries and organizational missions including small non-profit organizations, government entities, and large global corporations.

Past and present professional and pro-bono service includes Board of Directors of the American Communication Association; President of the American Communication Association; Board of Directors of Build Tanzania Family Futures, Inc.; Advocate for ChildrenCompassion International and various leadership roles in his local church.

Mr. Picirillo holds a BA in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University, a Master of Human Resources Management with Distinction from North Park University, and multiple graduate certificates. He holds the certified Project Management Project Professional (PMP) credential of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Doug Picirillo is a native New Yorker and an adopted Chicagoan, Ohio Buckeye and West Virginia Mountaineer. He believes in showing up for people to help them achieve their goals, solve their problems and to connect with other people. But showing up is not enough. He says, “Show up. Execute with excellence.
